Cycle & Core Exhilarating cycle journey PLUS a core targeting segment to strengthen and build the core muscles of the body.
Hip Hop A dance based workout, taught progressively so you can learn all the steps. Lots of Fun!
Yoga Pump Same as yoga but includes light weights for muscle toning.
Self Defense Intense course in martial art Kung FU San Soo. Free to men and women
Cardio Kickbox Boxing style exercise hat increase strength and endurance. The heavy bag is used.
Supercycle Boot Camp A SUPER cycling workout, followed by a FAT-BUSTING muscle building weight workout.
Step & Tone (INT-ADV) A fun cardio workout using the Step for increasing intensity, PLUS body sculpting to tone and shape the entire body.
On The Ball Using the Stabilizing ball to form and shape the body. Balls are limited. You are welcome to bring your own.
